While we analyze and display metrics about publicly available content, we respect the intellectual property rights of content creators. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on our platform in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please follow the procedures outlined below.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our Service (provide specific URLs if possible).
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. How to Submit a DMCA Notice

4. Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA notices within 48-72 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will:

• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable)
• Provide information about how to file a counter-notification

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Tbilisi, Georgia if you are outside the United States) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice

6. Restoration of Material

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity, we may restore the removed material.

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate any user's access to the Service if they are determined to be a repeat infringer.

A "repeat infringer" is a user who:

• Has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices
• Has had material removed from our Service on more than two occasions
• Has repeatedly violated our Terms of Service regarding intellectual property

We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Service after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
